We are an organization of fractional C-level marketing and sales executives. We are looking for battle-tested business executives with a market-based perspective, who also understand the operational and financial implications of a growth strategy.

All positions at Chief Outsiders are Partner level and each of our fractional executives have held the position of VP or higher in one or more large operating companies, as opposed to careers at agencies or consulting firms. You will have the flexibility of running your own assignments, but be part of a national firm that takes care of all the back-office stuff - working on your behalf to develop business. We greatly reduce the cost to our client companies of hiring a full-time C-level executive, yet provide access to the skills and experience of the full Tribe of talented executives at Chief Outsiders.

What We're Looking For: Vetted CMOs and CSOs

If you are an experienced C-level marketing or sales executive, our unique approach offers you a dynamic and creative way to apply your skills to help companies grow.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Do have experience reporting to a CEO as VP of Marketing, CMO, VP of Sales or CSO at several large companies
  • Don't have a resume primarily made up of agency roles or consulting assignments
